Do you have a friend, family member, or member of your wedding party who is musically talented?  If so, it might be possible to organize a collaboration of some sort.  This can add a personal touch to your event that will make a memorable impression on you and all of your guests. This could could be a duet consisting of guitar and: violin, cello, percussion, another guitar, etc., or I could play accompaniment for a vocal performance.
